This group program is geared towards athletes looking to increase their vertical & improve their agility, speed & quickness. Athletes must be present & dedicated to training at an elite level in order to improve their overall athletic performance. This training program is geared towards basketball 🏀players, but will benefit any athlete looking for that extra edge.
1 Hr. Training Sessions

Mindset coaching, elite performance exercises, plyometrics, box jumps, agility, quickness & speed drills, educate & practice proper jumping techniques, & explosive weight training. We measure every athletes current vertical to establish a solid baseline. Next we track their progression & individualize our approach to each athlete. Research shows that utilizing exercises, techniques & plyometrics that mimic real basketball movements produces the maximum benefits & outcomes. Pinpointing & mimicking game like scenarios into training has also been shown to limit & prevent injuries.
